I applied for a summer analyst relationship management in London in September 2014. Received a positive answer after in February 2015 asking me to take a serie of video recording interview questions through their montage view platform.

I got asked a series of question for which I had 2 minutes to answer. When the question was disclosed, I had a all the time I wanted to prepare my answer before the recording started.
Questions I got asked:
1. Why did you pick up your school?
2. Describe a recent even that had an impact on the bond market
3. 3 Qualities to work in Relationship management

Entretien
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Entretien
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
