Phone interview. Was contacted by a BlackRock recruiter, and she was very professional. Asked very basic questions, and why I applied for BlackRock. Nothing super critical. Know the basics of what position you've applied for. Phone conversation lasted around 10-15 minutes.

Phone interview followed by 4 remote interviews with 2 people each a couple weeks later. Thought it went really well, but unfortunately took weeks to finally hear back that I didn't get the job.
