You completed an online application, and then received a hirevue interview then when you past the hirevue view there would some interviews held by phone or other ways. And they also require you to answer their questions in Japanese since it’s their Tokyo office

This was from years ago, so may not be as relevant now. It was through the college recruiting process, where we had first rounds at school, and then brought in for super-day. Focus is on culture-fit, understanding of what the firm does (i.e. it is an asset manager and not a bank).
