It was about 45 minutes. First, behavioral questions and your motivation for this position. Then, some questions about the global market and a stock pitch question. Also some questions about the concepts of Beta, Alpha and how to hedge risk in the market with the CAPM model.

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
