1st round was a video recording where a question will pop up and it gives you 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. Before that, they give you the opportunity to practice recording your answers with unlimited tries, but only give you 1 attempt at answering the official questions.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Entretien
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
