Frankly I found the interview process to not be transparent and unprofessional. We met for coffee at a nearby shop. At the end I hear that we'll move forward with an on-site and then the recruiter tells me that the interviewer must have miscommunicated. I'm sorry, but please step it up and be transparent rather than deferring.
