Their interview process if very shady. You have to go to a 2 day CLE that they put on and they make their decision off of that. They do not tell you anything about the process or the like. They refused to answer questions such as how salary works, whether it is base + commission, number of hours typically worked per week. what the salary starts at, when a decision would be made regarding hiring and when I would start, etc. They didn't even really answer questions such as what the atmosphere was like working there. Since I would be new to tax law, I wanted to know what I would be doing. They couldn't answer that either. In the end, I couldn't not understand why they were not understand why they were dodging every question I asked.
