Two members from the team had a chat about the role. Friendly and they had a sense of humour. They look for technical qualifications and a friendly attitude. I was told to meet at one of their buildings. I was lost for quite a bit because lack of details. They took me to one of their nice conference rooms (they have plenty!) and two members sat with me and we simply discussed my background and skills. We also talked about the company's outlook and history as I was interviewing with people with 10+ years of experience with BlackBerry.

Went through school co-op. Didn't know what to expect but I did my research. Great company culture and direction despite the media's negative stigma. Standard questions, strengths and weaknesses, they look for personality, professionalism, and goal-oriented people.
