I applied using RIM's online system and was contacted by a recruiter the following week. I was first asked to participate in an exploratory phone interview, which was followed up one day later by email asking me to attend a face-to-face interview in Waterloo. I was not reimbursed for the cost of visiting Waterloo or renting a car. Following the interview, I was informed I was not the selected candidate by email. I will note that I had to contact them to follow-up over 15 days after my interview to be informed I was not selected.
