The interview consisted of speaking with several professionals, usually from different disciplines, throughout the day (including lunch). Some professionals focused on providing a skills test in their discipline to see if you will be good fit, or would be willing to learn. Others to see if you are a good fit for team-focused project work.

I was hired through Grafton Staffing. I scheduled an Interview and was asked about different items on my resume: strengths & weaknesses, skills, knowledge, past work experiences, etc. Then at the end, they had asked if I had any questions for them and I asked the panel what their hardest challenge(s) have been while working at Black & Veatch.
