What a great hiring process! I had a phone call interview with a college recruiter on 2/1/21. She asked me basic behavioral questions, why I applied for B&V, what my future careers goals are, etc. It lasted approximately 15 minutes. Then I participated in a remote interview two weeks later on Microsoft Teams with 3 employees, lasting 30 minutes each. The interview was extremely laid back and felt more like a conversation. After I answered each question, they commented on my answers and were very engaged. All of the interviewers gleamed about how much they loved working for the company and showed excitement while speaking with me. The questions they asked were expected - nothing came out of the blue. Received an offer a week later on 2/25/21. Gladly accepted!
