the interview went well and I got to talk to a lot of staff members. what they seem to be looking for is unclear. I personally lost interest to work in VDC after that interview but I'm thankful for that. I think VDC can't stand alone and if you want to get into it apply at whiting turner their interviews are really easy and they understand that a lot of people have no experience in construction. they wanted me to have an understanding of the whole process during the interview which didn't really make science for me to know right then. VDC in general is trash. but the people were really cool.
