This stage may also involve a review of technical requirements to ensure compatibility with Bizmates' online teaching platform. ​ Video Training: Selected applicants engage in video training sessions to familiarize themselves with Bizmates' teaching methodologies and materials. ​ Demo Lesson: Candidates deliver a demonstration lesson to a facilitator, showcasing their teaching abilities and adherence to Bizmates' standards. ​ Commencement of Teaching: Upon successful completion of the previous stages, candidates begin their teaching roles, managing their schedules and conducting lessons with Bizmates' students.

The interview process was quite easy for as long as you relax and think of answers that you can relate to personal experiences. Also, the interviewer was very professional and upbeat so you don't really feel the tension once you start answering questions.
