Initial phone screen with HR rep. I waited half an hour for their call until I sent them an email as a reminder. They called within the next minute, without offering a single apology or explanation! Totally rude and unprofessional! They first asked whether I was NAFTA compliant and willing to travel to the US. My answers were satisfactory so they then briefly through my resume. Next step was a technical phone call. The 1st part of that interview felt more like a game of Trivial Pursuit i.e asking for dictionary definitions of various technologies. They then asked more behavioral/situational questions in the style of "Tell me about a time when...". Nothing about past experience, challenges or accomplishments.
