HR Screening call, followed by a hiring manager call that included a case study review. Then a peer case study presentation - yes a second one. At this point I was rejected. Then, the position I applied to was re-opened, and we connected again. I went through another Hiring Manager call, and a final call - thinking this is the one jerry... and sadly I was rejected, for the second time, on information that they had of me from the beginning. Very cruel.

The People team always contacted me at every opportunity. They always spoke in a very friendly and positive tone.
Every interview I had with my potential teammates and leadership was very relaxed, "real" interviews with consistent expectations for the position.
The atmosphere was always very positive. You can tell they have a very positive, open, and friendly culture and they strive to maintain it that way.

Question 1
They asked me about my past work experiences. They inquired about my responsibilities and what area I feel most comfortable in. They asked me what I'm generally like working, whether I like working in the office or at home, during the day or at night.

The interview process consisted of six rounds, where I had to present a case study, explain my design process, and answer behavioral questions. While the interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive, the process itself felt repetitive, as I had to reiterate the same information multiple times.
The biggest issue wasn’t the interviews themselves but the lack of transparency and feedback. After completing all six rounds, I saw that the role was reposted on LinkedIn on the same day they informed me of their decision. I was told it came down to me and another candidate, but I wasn’t given specific feedback on why I wasn’t selected or what I could improve.
I fully respect the hiring decision, but after investing time in such an extensive process, I would have expected clearer communication and constructive feedback to help candidates grow. Reducing redundancy in the interviews and improving post-interview feedback would make the process much stronger.

Question 1
Throughout the six interview rounds, I was asked to present a case study, explain my design process and thinking, and respond to behavioral questions. The interviews covered topics like how I approach problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and my experience with UX/UI challenges. There were also discussions about design systems, user research, and balancing business goals with user needs.
While each interviewer had a slightly different focus, many of the questions felt repetitive across multiple rounds, with similar inquiries about my process, case studies, and decision-making.
