Very good and open interview process. straightforward and enjoyed the process. It was 4 steps: 1 recruiter call, 1 call with hiring manager, in person with 4 individuals on the team. Loved the experience.

Not sure what the full process is like. I had my initial phone screening and it lasted 2 minutes. I was asked one question, what I knew about Bitly--and I responded. I was then asked if I had any questions. It didn't seem as though it would have mattered what I said or what I asked, the interview was coming to a close after 2 minutes. I didn't want to go further along in this process thinking it was a waste of time so I didn't ask anything else and was told that I would be informed of the "next steps" by email--which never came and I wasn't the least but surprised nor disappointed.
