The 1st stage consisted of an online assessment. After completing the assessment, there was no communication for several weeks. Eventually, the next stage was scheduled as an online interview. However, despite the confirmed schedule, no one from the interview panel attended the meeting. Despite follow-ups via calls and messages, there was no response. This was a very unprofessional experience I've encountered in my career.

They are following an uthethical way of hiring, idk what were the exact expectations from role. First they will send you an assessment in which questions are not of your tech stack. After that 1 more technical round, which was basic level questions. After that, there was a second round in which their delievery manager which was 20 yrs experienced was expecting mangerial level stuff. He asked me to design whole backend architecture and in between asked me to right code then again he asked me to write structure design, at the end he asked me for UML diagrams in a code editor. Just waste of time it was and argument.
