The process was real smooth, they sent me a test first to check my knowledge, they allow you to use their knowledge base to get all information you might need to use to successfully complete the test and you have plenty of time to complete it.

First, they ask you to do an *unpaid* test that will take about 2 hours to complete. The questions asked are redundant, and they could teach the topics to anyone during the training. The interview stage was awful. The team conducting the interview wasn't prepared, and you can barely answer the questions asked without being interrupted. You know when someone asks you a question, and then you stop for 2-3 seconds to think before answering? Well, that won't be possible because the interviewer will just keep talking during 90% of the call. :)
