Discussion with HR representative plus technical interview with two team leaders. After applying and analyzing my CV, I was invited for a short discussion with HR regarding some aspects in my CV and then I met the team leaders from two different teams. They asked technical questions with short answers and 2-3 problems involving code-writing.
First you are given an assignment that takes at most 12 hours to finish, and then Technical Interview, although disguised as "Meet the Team" discussion, with live coding in multiple programming languages, followed probably by a discussion with a manager.

Entretien
I applied through a recruiter. At about one week I got a call from the HR. They invited me to their office for a skills test. The skills test was quite easy with general questions from Computer Science, some C++ items and some IQ/Intelligence items.
At about another week later I got a call from the HR telling me that I did good on the test and they want to schedule an interview with me at their office.
There were 4 engineers from different departments, all asking me different questions about computer science, older projects, team work etc. They seemed nice but quite intimidating as well, as it was my first interview.
