Be cautious and don't consider anything final until you have a written offer letter in hand. The experience left a poor impression of how they treat candidates.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and explained the role clearly. The questions were relevant and allowed me to share my experience. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I gained a better understanding of the position and company.

It’s feels a little disorganized at times and things change quickly. They made it clear they are 5 days in & unlimited PTO. These were red flags to me but I appreciate the honesty.
