Recruiter reached out to me explained about process and comp. She was in hurry and scheduled first round interview HLD for Lead SDET,Got positive feedback then API Coding round that also got positive Again they said hiring manager round 30 min for which they didn't provide any feedback. Later I got mail that my resume is not fit for role. They just waste candidate time nothing else,no intention to hire
