After applied, they would call after 2 weeks. Phone interview took 40 minutes, they send an online assesstment and scheduled for the next for other interview. Recruiter was very kind and objective about the interview. She gave some feedback to keep in mind for the next phase.

Entretien
A behavioral interview with a few questions to determine if candidature is a good fit. Interviewers were friendly and it was a low stress interview. They took a lot of interest in what I would like during my experience at the company and also reassured me on integrating into the new environment.
