The interview process happened normally their were many other candidates also. I was quite nervous and serious as I wanted to experience and explore my career in aviation. Finally after waiting for more than an hour my turn came they put up few question regarding my job profile and myself, I prefer to be prepared before an interview and I had been given date for my second round of interview, there were two person taking my interview and was asking me one question after another however I able to satisfy them with my answer and after my documents check they found me suitable for their company and provide me an offer letter.

Interview was easy but the process was a little hectic. They make you wait a lot. There were 2 rounds of interview. Then documentation. Then they send you for the measurements of uniform. These all take 1 full day each. Then after background check, final documentation takes place and then joining.
