I applied for an engineering position and was contacted by HR soon after. The interviews were well-organized and the team was professional and welcoming throughout the process. However, after the final on-site interview, communication completely stopped despite follow-ups. I eventually received an automated rejection email, which felt impersonal considering the time and effort involved.
Advice to Management:
Maintain communication with candidates, even if the outcome is a rejection. A brief, personal follow-up or acknowledgment goes a long way in leaving candidates with a positive impression of the company’s professionalism and respect for people’s time.
