I recently interviewed for a position with the company and had a conversation with the newly appointed CEO. The CEO came across as unusually dismissive and abrasive cutting off responses, showing little interest in dialogue, and offering vague or evasive answers to direct questions. Her communication style lacked warmth and clarity, which made it difficult to establish any meaningful rapport. Beyond that, there was a noticeable absence of vision; I asked about the company’s strategic direction, values, and team culture, but received only surface-level responses that felt more rehearsed than sincere. This left me with the impression that either the direction is not well defined, or it is being deliberately obscured.
