Completely unorganized process from start to finish. For the second round, the hr coordinator refused to send the final confirmation for my interview the next morning. I had no idea who I was suppose to meet with, and the hr coordinator did not respond when I reached out earlier. It's unfortunate as it doesn't allow candidates the proper time to prepare questions for the panel. The hiring manager selected another candidate. I only found through checking my application through smart recruiter, as the recruiter did not make an effort to let me know. I was skeptical of this company from the beginning. The team members seem stressed out during the interview process. If you look in the news, you'll see the company is going through mass layoffs to save money as few of their product launches fail. The company is hiring for positions for products that haven't even received full FDA approval so I would be aware. The company is not stable at all and tends to go through multiple rounds of layoffs and none of their products are seeing any success after launch. Beware taking an offer because it may result in a layoff down the line.
