Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. The recruiter was professional and that led to a screening call with the hiring manager. I had a great conversation and appreciated what Biogen is trying to do. Was invited to onsite and met with a few folks ,each person was assigned to also ask about one of the Biogen elements and how I feel about them with examples. Smart crew/team, that was it,didnt hear anything from them after that. I had one of my friends get some inside scoop and seems its their practice to keep you on a final shortlist and on the side keep interviewing people. They would choose the cheapest at the end.
