One of the worst recruiter ever... A young Russian who called only 20 mn on the phone with stupid questions : "what is your nationality?" "where do you live?". Not only the answers are in my resume, but such questions are stupid and a waste of time. Then came absolutely no behavioral questions nor any good exchange. He clearly had not read my resume and not prepared the interview either. He was just interested in knowing my past and current salaries, that is definitively private whereas he said that "Biogen internal rules do not allow HR to give any salary brackets for their jobs". When I gave the bracket I want, he replied that it was definitively a kind of director's wages whereas it is not. He tried to fool me, because I perfectly know what salaries are in Zug. As he asked me to keep him informed about my job search, I asked when I'll will know if i get the technical interview. he replied harshly "on due time" He called back twice. First time for 10 mn "to go on talking about my experience" whereas he started again to enquire impolitely about my former wages. Second time for 2 mn to ask if I had any managerial experience : the answer was clearly detailed on my cv. What was he playing at? I suspect it was just a salary benchmarking, making fun of the candidates. When such an impolite and incompetent recruiter represents a company, I clearly have no envy to join the team...
