Long and inconsistent. You never knew when the next interview was going to be and how you did on the last interview. They would call you out of the blue and schedule another face to face. The language barrier was evident as well so you had to make sure that they understood exactly what it was you were trying to say. Wonderful people and friendly. They shared a lot about the company but some of it was not all that accurate.
