Pathetic selection process. Interviews are randomly scheduled without taking into consideration the availability of the candidates. HR from Biocon feels that Scheduling the interview with the hiring manager is taking appointment from Prime Minister of the country. HRs argue arrogantly if we ask them to reschedule the interview. Interview status is not timely communicated to the candidates. No response to the candidate emails, calls are not picked up by the HR. You may get the calls from HR for the interview happened 6 months to 12 months past opportunities.

Interest-Based Interview with Hiring Managers to establish a good working relationship. There were a couple of rounds of HR and Technical interviews across locations but conveniently conducted online. This was very helpful during the COVID situation. The interviewers were reasonable and subject matter experts.
