Applied through a recruiter from Cranleigh STEM. The interview was nice and relaxed, asked in detail about ELISA and previous experiences. After not receiving an offer the recruiter assured me that they liked me and keen to put forward for another position. Following this the recruiter ghosted me and didn't reply to my further e-mails. In my opinion this was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
