Started with typical phone screen. In that interview they emphasized how fast paced the job was. After that I was told I was moving on to a panel interview to meet the team and then the day of I am told that instead I should be expecting a phone call from a middle manager for a 30min call. The manager seemed grumpy and like he didn't want to bet there. The interview barely lasted 10min. I then didn't hear anything for a whole month, when out of nowhere I was asked to do a 3 hour interview with various managers and team members. They all talked about how well I did, however I received an email rejection a few days later.

You interview with a group of people. Then you are chosen by a the group who needs you the most. There is a quiz and you must pass it. It takes around 2 hours.

First I spoke with a recruiter about the position. I was skeptical about the 2.7 reviews here but figured I would give it a shot. They were very friendly and communicative. Salary is a low ball offer (68k-70k). Next, I interviewed with two team members on a 30 min video call. This experience was very unpleasant. No introductions. As soon as I hopped on the call they were talking about how tired they were and didn't have many questions for me. It felt like a burden that they were interviewing me and I left with an overall strange feeling, which sort of confirmed why this place has a 2.7 overall review. I wasn't passed on to what would be the final round I assume and the feedback was that I was not excited about the position, which is silly since I applied for the position and went through with the interview, despite being treated like a burden throughout and not being asked many relevant questions regarding my past experiences. I would encourage others to apply to other companies that pay significantly more for other positions and hopefully show more sense of professionalism.
