I had an initial phone interview, which went well. Then, came in a few days later a face-to-face meeting with the 3 management individuals. The face-to-face interview was long and exhausting and the Sr. manager, pounded on my resume with his thumb, making me list every single reason why I left each job in the past, which I thought was rude and very brutish as he made a thud on the table, each time, as if he was upset with my resume. If they didn't like me, why did they invite me for an interview???? I wouldn't have taken the job even if they offered it to me based on his discourteous behavior.
