Interviews were scheduled with short notice, were unfocused/ too long, and misrepresented the role and responsibilities. After two, 2-hour interviews and contacting all of my references, they called me in for another "interview" where they told me I had the job. The following week when they were supposed to email me a full offer, they instead emailed me saying they were retracting the offer after reviewing the tasks of the role and determining they needed someone with a different skillset. In my opinion, this showed severe disorganization and a lack of respect for employees.
