1: Apti/Essay 2: PI - Technical 3: PI - Hr Interview is really simple and you just have to be yourself and tell what you are good at, why do you want to join when you have CS degree?

I applied through a referral and was interviewed in their office in January. After the technical round, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours for the HR to inform me but they never came. I had to call up my friend who referred me to find out what was happening and I left soon after. 2 weeks later I got called for the management round with the project manager. Finally got a call 2 months later from HR that I've been selected. HR tried to pressurise me to shorten the notice period but refused to reimburse for the buyout so I rejected the offer. HR has way too much control over the hiring process and are always trying to cut corners and lack professionalism and ethics.
