There are two interviews one with an employer and the other with HR. Once you get and interview you basically have the job.The interviewers are friendly and engaging and can be from 30min to an hour.

They asked about your previous experience and what you can offer the company.
2 round interview process. First was with recruiter and second was with hiring manager. The process included basic compliance knowledge and culture fit questions. This was done as a referral through a friend. Overall it was pretty straight forward and quick. Received the first steps from the recruiter a few days after submitting my CV

Pretty straight through process if you have relevant experience. Generally 3 to 4 stages and may involve people from cross business units. Depending on the role, they may ask technical questions.
