Interview process was professional overall and the recruiter was friendly throughout the initial stages. The interview itself focused mainly on KPIs, stakeholder management and previous recruitment experience, which felt aligned with the role. However, despite being told I would receive feedback after the interview, I never heard back. I also followed up afterwards but unfortunately did not receive a response. A clearer communication process and closure for candidates would improve the overall experience.

A short screening call which was really positive. After that I was declined with an automated email without any context. The contrast with the atmosphere during the call was quite unfortunate.

Interview rounds with Manager & Team Lead. Seamless experience as interviews were arranged very quickly, ensuring a very quick process which was very important to me. Interviewers ensured a very welcoming atmosphere, sharing necessary information about the role & more about the company's environment as well.
