What process? Got a first call, next to the round of case- then 5 weeks pass with no response, although trying to ask through email on either feedback on the case (that took a few hours to complete) or a ‘no thank you’. But got ghosted. After 5 weeks they email and state that the role closed a while back. Would really recommend to look into the candidate experience, really just embarrassing that a big global company treats potential hires this way. Don’t bother interviewing for this company.

The interview is very challenging. A lot of open question that tested personal input. Fun but stressful experience. But overall its 7/10 . Hope this help another applicants with more solid outlook. very flat organization also , with startup feeling
