3 rounds of interviews with recruiter and members from the marketing team via video meetings.
Repeatedly asked about my experience, skillsets, what I knew about Binance etc. (It's like they don't communicate with each other).
First impression was pretty bad already cause of the lack of enthusiasm from the recruiter, made me feel like I am just a number they needed to fulfil... I think at one point the recruiter was going through a question list... emotionless... I was pretty speechless.
Such a shame that a top crypto brand has a poor HR function.

The rounds of interview were pretty easy and manageable. There was no assignment given even for more senior role. You can expect a total of 3 to 4 rounds of interview.
Overall experience is also dependant on the TA's professionalism, my personal experience with the TA is decent.
After connecting with a recruiter, the wheels were set in motion, and the process accelerated at a remarkable pace. Within a remarkably short span, the recruiter efficiently coordinated and scheduled interviews.
