I was interviewed 2 times before they let me know that I was accepted for the role.
There is when the red flags begin:
- First of all, Binance will provide you with a laptop, difficult, no, impossible to find, they will ask you at first to "buy it yourself and they will refund you".
- After the whole process, they will ask for all your documents and will add you to telegram private groups (because yes, a company with this huge size uses channels like telegram with your personal information to arrange training).
- They will ask you to act like an spy, you cannot talk to anyone nor tell anyone that you work there, I assume they even will listen to your phone.
- The worst part, is the "screening" process, Binance will provide all your personal data to a third party, and they will ask you to provide permissions to access all your private data.
At this point I just decided to drop this role and not accept these conditions, they offer a very low payment to just accept this kind of treatment, very unprofessional, one can understand data privacy and secrecy to some extent, you deffinetely are not handling Nuclear Missiles launch codes.
This is just customer support, which by the way, this company requires a lot of improvement in this department, a chatbot is not the best way of handling customer inquiries.
Stay away from Binance if you do really not want to lose your humanity.
