Entretien
The interview process was interview only, including 1) HR interview 2) team lead interview 3) interview with contemporaries and 4) department head interview.
The interview questions varied depending on the interviewer. HR made contact with me shortly after each interview, to provide me with feedback.

Entretien
The entire interview process at Binance was very efficient and took about 2-3 weeks (after taking into account the holiday season over Christmas-New Year).
I was especially impressed their inhouse recruiter (Sarah Chong) who was responsive to my queries and also kept me updated at every stage of the interview process. Sarah is one of the most professional recruiters I have met, and was a real joy to deal with.
Interviews were scheduled promptly and there was very little wait time in between.
The interviewers were sophisticated and asked questions that were respectful. I liked that they tried to find out if candidates genuinely fit into Binance's culture.
