Very long rounds and not really enough feedback on what is expected / missing. I had several rounds with minimal to no feedback on how I was performing through the stages which kept me confused. After 5 rounds already, I was expecting an offer but turned out the team thought I was not structured in most rounds. Could have been better if the team shared feedback early on for candidates to prepare according to the expected skillset.
