Engineers are great while C-levels are manipulative time-wasters.
There was 3 rounds - live coding, system design and leadership.
Live coding session didn't require compilation - they evaluated my problem-solving skills not the perfection.
I've got positive feedback after each stage and been promised an offer.
But it all turned out to be a waste of time - offer haven't been approved by some C-level executive and they kept me on the hook for 3 weeks before communicating that final decision. Very unprofessional.
