The process was well organized starting with the recruiter. I had the opportunity to talk with my peers, my manager, and head of sales. The Customer Success program reports up to Head of sales in this organization.

With the executive level, they focused on my experience working with the customers and dealing with conflicts. In addition, they asked questions to fill out how will I adapt to private small company. With my peers, they inquired about the type of accounts and open discussion on customer situations
Multiple rounds but a quick and effective orocess. Good to get to know the company from different layers. Final interview for decision maker and then offer. Was open, honest and clear.

Very quick! Six interviews (2 with peers) within 10 days. I clicked with every single person I met. The interviews were very relaxed which allowed for free flowing conversation. I was told what to expect at each stage and was never left wondering when I would hear back.
