I interviewed with 2 people in the interview loop. The first interview was a very short with the only Test Engineer -- just out of college, just started the job. The 2nd interview was with their COO (Head of HR) and consisted of the bulk of the interview. The purpose of the interview loop did not seem to be defined and the interviewer did not engage me at all -- mostly just idle chatter about our interests and "gamification". It seemed to have gone well, as far as a personality match was concerned.
