Entretien
I underwent an intensive process of online personality tests, technical tests, psychological tests, etc. After passing that section, I underwent a phone interview with a manager. Upon reaching the next step I Skyped (I lived in another state) with 3 team leads. Finally, after getting team lead approval, I once again Skyped, this time with the Vice President in charge of our department.

Question 1
Many of the initial tests were very nerve-racking. They were somewhat unexpected and the technical tests in particular have to be near-perfect. The person-to-person interviews were fairly common job-interview type questionings, but everybody was easy to talk to and I was excited about the job so it seemed to make things go smoothly.

Entretien
Consisted of a field call, technical assessment, build a store project, and onsite interview. The process was streamlined and stress-free for the most part. The onsite interviewers only asked behavioral and CV questions. My recruiter called me the same night of the onsite interview with an offer for the position.

There were 4 steps to the interview after my application was submitted.
- Phone interview
- Technical Assessment
- Build a store assignment
- In person interview
After they had approved of each step, they would send you the next step. They are looking for people who both have a base knowledge of the industry and the ability to find answers to questions that they don't know.

Excellent process - I was impressed with phone screen - in person interviews - the team was very clear on expectations and deliverables. I appreciated the responses and the time they spent with me.
