The entire process from first phone screen to the on-boarding was quite well organized. I mean, the team was working on a weekend to ensure they provide us an offer letter in-time. Quite blown away with the efficiency and respect shown to me during the interview process. The recruitment team deserves high praise for their efficiency and management of the entire process. Interview panel was quite diverse with team members from diff functions/groups who not only asked questions but dedicated enough time to explain about the organization and its mission. After experiencing interview processes of several big and small organizations, I can say that BigCommerce's experience, by far, was the best.
