Firstly I applied to a job online from Job Seek. Within a week I was invited to the next step in the process. This was a written response to two questions.
I then was informed of an online interview which I was given 24 hours to complete.
I answered on line a number of questions and then recorded online answers to questions.
It was a very quick response time and I was offered the position within a week.

When have you been able to overcome a difficult situation - what was it and how did you overcome it.
What is your work availability?
Have you ever experienced conflict within a team at work? How did you deal with it?
I did a group interview, had to do team building exercises and sell a product to the management team. Then we had to talk about what departments relate to us and why we would shop them. Then had a one on one interview with a manager to get to know each other.

The interviewer was very precessional and down to earth asked my questions on how my previous experience could be applied to a different working scenario. This was followed by how did I feel about the role I was going for
