The overall experience was nerve wrecking because it was my first interview in 3 years. The process was one hour long and it was a three panel interview. They ask the typical questions such as; why are you applying, and what is your greatest strength and weakness

Called for interview. Interviewed by a panel of three people. CEO, HR Director and Program Director interviewed me for approximately one hour. Each had a set of questions to ask. Each asked me all of their questions prior to moving on to the next interviewer.
