They use a 3rd party recruiting agency. I was told the names of people who would be in the interview and different people showed up. You have to take a personality test (actually a plus in my book). They never called to say I didn't get the job/were not respectful of your time. They also seemed to think their way of doing things was the best and were not open to new suggestions.
